At Tusculum Baptist Church (TBC), there are several opportunities for people of different ages and musical backgrounds to serve through music. Whether you’re a trained singer, an instrumentalist, or simply make a joyful noise, we’d be happy to have you!
Traditional Worship & Choir
Interested in singing hymns in a traditional choir setting? Join us for the Traditional Service on Sunday mornings at 8:45 a.m. The choir rehearses on Sunday evenings at 5:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Check the church calendar for the current rehearsal schedule.
Contemporary Worship Team
If contemporary worship music is more your style, consider joining the worship team for our Contemporary Service at 11:00 a.m. The team rehearses on Wednesdays before Prayer Meeting and on Sunday mornings before Sunday School.
Christmas Cantata
Each Christmas season, youth and adults come together for TBC’s annual Christmas Cantata, celebrating the birth of Christ through music. Presented during a special Sunday evening service, the cantata features a medley of Christmas music with group singing, solos, and spoken parts.
You do not have to be a member of the regular choir to participate! Rehearsals typically begin in October, giving anyone who enjoys singing an opportunity to join us as one of our “Seasonal Singers” for Christmas.
Play an Instrument?
We’re always glad to hear from musicians who are interested in serving through music at TBC. Let us know what you play, and we’ll be happy to talk with you about current opportunities and where you might be able to serve.
